Police arrested four suspects involved in the car explosion on HaYotzrim Street in Ashkelon. The suspects apparently tried to flee the scene and were apprehended at roadblocks set up by police in the area. The exploded car was empty, and a passerby was lightly injured in the blast. Police have opened an investigation, and it appears the background is criminal.
