What you need
500 grams of mushroom slices
3 crushed cloves of garlic
What to do
Preheat oven to 180°c (356°f)
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pot, add onions, chili and turmeric and stir for 2 min. on low heat
Add the chicken and stir more for five minutes.
Add the rest of the oil and ingredients, stir and cover
Put in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours and serve hot
