Homes have been evacuated following a fire in the Tower Court area of Newtownards, County Down, on Tuesday evening.
Police are in attendance and are assisting emergency services.
Cordons are in place and police are asking for the public to avoid the area.
The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) have been approached for comment.
