The headquarters for families of hostages mourned Naomi Sha’anan, who was killed by an Iranian rocket strike in Beersheba, and said she was a central activist for the families’ headquarters in the city. “During the last 20 months, she worked tirelessly for the struggle to return the male and female hostages,” they wrote. “She was a beloved and dedicated activist, a local leader and source of inspiration. We wish to send a warm embrace to the family and express our condolences during this difficult time.”
