The government is conducting a telephone poll on the proposal by ministers Zeev Elkin, Bezalel Smotrich, Israel Katz and Haim Katz, stating there is no longer a security restriction preventing residents of Gaza border communities from returning to their homes starting the day after tomorrow, July 1. The decision applies to Be’eri, Holit, Kisufim, Kfar Aza, Kerem Shalom, Nachal Oz, Nirim, Nir Yitzhak, Nir Oz, Netiv HaAsara, Sufa and Ein HaShlosha. According to the decision, the evacuation of residents is ending, and they can continue staying in reception facilities until July 31 at the latest, provided there are no rehabilitation restrictions.
