Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s departure to Washington is delayed, after it was scheduled to take off at 5:00 PM. Meanwhile, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Yuli Edelstein is presenting the draft conscription law to a representative of the ultra-Orthodox parties, MK Ariel Atias from Shas. The proposal is being presented after the ultra-Orthodox demanded to see the draft before Netanyahu’s trip to the US.
