A fatal accident inquiry (FAI) is to be held into the death of a lorry business operator in the Highlands.

Alistair Campbell, who also drove lorries, died at his firm’s base in Glenmor, Invergarry, on 15 July last year.

The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) said the 63-year-old was crushed beneath a lorry chassis.

A preliminary hearing for the inquiry is to be held on 8 October at Inverness Sheriff Court.
