GoogleA motorbike rider has been taken to hospital after a crash with two cars closed a section of the M8 in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the westbound carriageway at junction 13 Provan at about 09:15.
Drivers faced long delays after the section of the motorway was closed along with the slip road at junction 12.
Police Scotland advised people to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
