Delicious Episode 10 – Spinach and cheese cannelloni

Make this dairy dish that you will not be able to resist for your Shavuot celebrations in quick and easy steps.
1 package (250 grams) cannelloni
500 grams fresh spinach leaves
250 grams of Cna’an hard, white, unsalted cheese made of cow milk
50-100 grams of mozzarella or parmesan cheese, or a mix of both
What to do
Fry the leek rings in oil, add the spinach and steam for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper
Cool in a bowl and add cottage and Cna’an cheese.
Fill cannelloni with the mixture and place in a baking pan
Pour tomato sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella or Parmesan.
Cover with tin foil and bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180° C (356 ° F)
remove the tin foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
