IDF spokesperson Brigadier General Efi Daperin made a statement, saying: “We continue to operate against aerial threats – and destroy them according to a structured plan.” According to him, “This morning and during the night about 30 missiles were launched toward the State of Israel, most were intercepted but impacts were also identified. It is important to remain attentive to Home Front Command instructions.” Brigadier General Daperin revealed that during the night, an Iranian launch cell preparing to fire anti-aircraft missiles was eliminated. The launch cell was identified by Israeli Air Force aircraft in the heart of Iran – and was attacked.
