A combat officer was moderately wounded in battle in Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip, and was evacuated for medical treatment at a hospital. This was reported by the IDF spokesperson, who added that the fighter’s family has been notified. The fighter was apparently injured by an explosion from an explosive device.
