Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the White House summit with U.S. President Donald Trump and reiterated his claim that “we don’t need a pause in the war, but real peace.” He noted that security guarantees for Ukraine were discussed at the summit, and that the U.S. “seriously signaled” its readiness to be part of these guarantees. “Ukraine is ready to meet with Putin in any format,” said Zelensky, who described the outcome of the White House summit as “good, normal.”
