Three people have been taken to hospital after an explosion in West Yorkshire in the early hours.
Fire crews were called to Spring Hall Grove in Halifax just after midnight following a blast which had affected six houses, a West Yorkshire Fire Service spokesperson said.
Five crews and and and an aerial ladder were used to extinguish the blaze, they added.
A Northern Gas Networks spokesperson said its crews were called to the scene shortly afterwards and that they were “working closely with the emergency services to support the incident”.
Meanwhile, they added that it was “too early to speculate on the cause at this time”.
