U.S. President Donald Trump announced on his Truth Social network account that he has decided to appoint State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce as Deputy U.S. Representative to the UN, with the rank of ambassador. “Tammy has done a wonderful job at the State Department,” Trump wrote, “She will wisely represent our country at the UN.” Bruce thanked Trump for her appointment and added that she is committed to advancing the “America First” policy on the global stage.
