Three sources familiar with an online conversation Trump held with European leaders, which was also attended by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, revealed these details. The conversation was held to coordinate positions ahead of Trump’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska on Friday. According to the sources, the U.S. would be willing to participate in security guarantees that would prevent Russian aggression against Kyiv if a ceasefire agreement is reached.
